Signing up and joining the waitlist is completely free. When we launch, you can choose the membership tier that works best for you. Basic membership starts at $15 per month and there is no obligation to upgrade.
-
The first 300 technicians to sign up before launch lock in a permanently reduced job completion fee of 7.5% capped at $350 per job. This rate is locked for life on your account — it never increases regardless of what our standard rates are in the future. After the first 300 spots are filled, the standard fee of 9.5% capped at $575 applies to all new members. If you are reading this, sign up now.

We verify every contractor profile against the FAA Airmen Inquiry database before your verified badge goes live. Our team will reach out to you personally before launch to walk you through the platform and answer any questions. We are not a lead generation service that sells your information. We are a marketplace that only makes money when you get paid for completed jobs.
-
There is no minimum certification requirement to create a profile. A&P mechanics, IAs, avionics technicians, Part 107 drone pilots, drone repair technicians, and drone survey specialists are all welcome. Your profile displays exactly what certifications you hold so aircraft owners can find the right specialist for their job.
-
When you sign up you provide your FAA certificate number. Before your verified badge is activated we cross-reference it against the FAA Airmen Inquiry public database. This is a one-time process and requires no action on your part. Verified badges are exclusive to Pro and Elite members and are one of the most important trust signals for aircraft owners choosing a mechanic.
-
Yes. You can list every service category you offer including annual inspections, avionics, engine work, drone repair, drone survey, and more. Aircraft owners search and filter by specialty so listing everything you do accurately gets you in front of more relevant jobs.
-
The Elite tier is designed for shops and MROs. It allows you to create multiple technician profiles under one account, giving each team member their own listing under your shop banner. This maximises your visibility across different specialties and service areas.
Subscription
-
There are three tiers. Basic costs $15 per month and includes a standard profile listing that appears in search results. Pro costs $39 per month and includes promoted placement in search results, a verified badge, priority job notifications, and up to five service area listings. Elite costs $49 per month and includes top-of-search placement, multiple technician profiles for shops, a lead analytics dashboard, and unlimited service areas.
-
No. All subscriptions are month to month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no penalty and no cancellation fee.

The platform charges a percentage fee on each job completed through the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from your escrow payout when funds are released. You never pay it upfront — it only applies when you get paid.
There are two fee structures depending on when you join:Founding members — the first 300 contractors to sign up before launch — pay 7.5% per job capped at a maximum of $350. This rate is locked permanently to your account.
Standard members — everyone who joins after the first 300 spots are filled — pay 9.5% per job capped at a maximum of $575.
-
For founding members at 7.5% capped at $350:
$500 drone repair — fee is $37.50, you receive $462.50
$2,000 avionics install — fee is $150, you receive $1,850
$5,000 engine repair — fee is $375, but the cap kicks in so the fee is $350, you receive $4,650
$20,000 engine overhaul — fee is capped at $350, you receive $19,650
For standard members at 9.5% capped at $575:
$500 drone repair — fee is $47.50, you receive $452.50
$2,000 avionics install — fee is $190, you receive $1,810
$6,053 and above — cap kicks in at $575 regardless of job size
$20,000 engine overhaul — fee is capped at $575, you receive $19,425
On your largest jobs the cap makes the effective percentage drop well below the headline rate, which is why the founding member cap matters most on high-ticket work.

The subscription covers your visibility and placement on the platform. The job fee covers the cost of running secure escrow payments, dispute resolution, digital work orders, and maintenance record keeping. Together they keep the platform running without charging aircraft owners, which means more demand flowing to you.
Getting paid
-
All payments flow through the platform escrow system. When you accept a job the aircraft owner pays the full amount into escrow. You complete the work and mark the job done. The aircraft owner has 48 hours to approve or raise a dispute. If no dispute is raised within 48 hours the funds automatically release to you minus the platform fee. Payouts process via Stripe directly to your bank account.
-
Disputes are reviewed by our team. We look at the agreed scope of work, messages between you and the aircraft owner, and the digital work order. Our goal is always a fair resolution. Contractors with clear job agreements and good communication records are well protected. You will always have the opportunity to respond before any decision is made.
-
No. All jobs initiated through the platform must be paid through the platform escrow system. This is a firm requirement of your contractor agreement. Taking payment off platform voids the aircraft owner's dispute protection and results in account suspension. It is also worth noting that the job completion fee is still owed to the platform even if payment is taken off platform and will be invoiced accordingly. The escrow system is what gives aircraft owners the confidence to hire you in the first place — it is a feature, not a restriction.

Pro and Elite members receive priority job notifications by email and in-app when a new job matching their specialty and service area is posted. Basic members also receive notifications after Pro and Elite members have had first visibility. The more accurately you fill out your service area and specialties the better your job matches will be.
-
Annual inspections, pre-buy inspections, avionics installation and upgrades, ADS-B and transponder work, engine repair and overhaul, airframe repairs, wrapping, detailing, propeller and landing gear service, drone repair, drone survey and mapping, and AOG emergency callouts. Job categories will expand as the platform grows.
-
Any client introduced to you through the platform is covered under your contractor agreement for 24 months. If a job is arranged and completed off platform the applicable job completion fee is still owed and will be invoiced. Repeated violations result in permanent removal from the platform. We are transparent about this from the start because we want no surprises for anyone.
Technical & support
-
The platform is fully mobile responsive and works on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap for release, both android and iOS.
-
During the pre-launch and early launch phase every contractor has a direct line to our team. We take every support issue personally and respond to every message. As the platform scales we will build out a formal support system but the commitment to fast, human responses will not change.
-
Reach out directly to our team at hello@aerolink.pro . We read and respond to every message.
